Terms of use
Using Datum Tab
Datum Tab is a free Chrome extension made and operated by <3 (lt-three) (“we”; see Contact at the end of this page). By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, remove it. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
As is, no warranty
The extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. It shows information from other services (event times, pull request state, icons); check anything important at the source before you rely on it.
It can break
Parts of Datum Tab depend on things we do not control. In particular, the default way of listing pull requests and finding stacks uses the internal, undocumented JSON and pages of github.com, and Google Calendar, GitHub and Chrome can change or withdraw their interfaces, policies or permissions at any time. When that happens a feature may show wrong information, stop working or be removed until we update it, and we may not be able to.
Other services' terms
You use your Google and GitHub accounts and the sites you bookmark under their own terms, and you are responsible for following them (for example, how you use a personal access token). Datum Tab is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, GitHub or any other service it connects to; their names belong to their owners.
Your data and your responsibility
The extension can create, move, edit and delete bookmarks and can open, reorder and navigate tabs, but only when you ask it to in its interface. Undo is offered for deletions where it is possible, not guaranteed. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot lose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from the use of or inability to use the extension. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the extension, which is zero.
Changes
We may change the extension and these terms. The current terms are always at this address with their date; continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Questions: see the contact below.
